N.E.R.D. FEAT. NELLY FURTADO - "HOT 'N FUN" (YEASAYER REMIX)
Not sure if anyone had a chance to check out the N.E.R.D. "Not 'N Fun" remix EP that dropped on June 30th, but this joint stuck out as one of the most unique renditions of the song. Yeasayer did an amazing job of turning this joint into a funky club-ready hit! Check it out and pick up the entire "Not 'N Fun" Remix EP on iTunes w/ remixes from Nero, Crookers, Boys Noize and more!

Well folks, Im back from seeing "The Last Airbender" and to put it lightly I was not impressed. This movie goes with the rest of the "If I knew it was directed by M. Knight Shyamalan, why the hell did I watch it" collection. Ok, it wasnt that bad. But it was pretty lame. My frown quickly became a smile when I peeped this new track by Neako over Ricky Rozay's B.M.F. Dude did his thing! In fact, he did his thing so well look out for a Marc Mix of this joint. I gotta hear this joint with him and Rick on it together.

NAK - "THE STATEMENT" FREESTYLE
This is the first time I've heard of the dude Nak. He hit my inbox a few weeks ago with this track and I just had a chance to listen to it. If you come to SXO often you know how I do it with new artists; if I like you, your music is good, you get a spot on this site. Its just that simple. This joint features Nak spitting a few bars over Drizzy's "It's Been A Pleasure." Lemme know what you think in the c-section.

You know what, I think "Teflon Don" is sealed on my list of albums to buy this year. Say what you want about Officer Rickey, but this dude knows how to put together a fu*king song! From the beat selection to the consistent delivery I have to hand it to Ross. Plus Kanye killed the beat on this one! Don't get it twisted, I ain't di*k riding. Just giving credit where credit is due.

I know this sh*t dropped like, yesterday, but there are a few folk who frequent this site and this site only so this joint is new to all 6 of them. I have to say I was really excited to see this remix from Officer Ross. If this pops off like it should its going to be a good start to getting Wiz and Curren$y some may radio spins.
