The exclusive sneaker and t-shirt dropped this past weekend online and at their store on Newbury. Didn't have a chance to get yours because you were hung over from all the Labor Day partying? This is the Japan bonus track off Fabolous' "Loso's Way" album. The new album is in stores now and if you haven't had a chance to get it please head down to your local Best Buy (yes, Best Buy not Little Jamal the neighborhood bootlegger) and buy the album. Fab's best project so far in my opinion.

Holy sh*t! 2 of the worlds heavy weight sneaker customizers, SBTG and Methamphibian, gear up for 2 new projects they are working on for the new Source store in Beijing. The 2 new projects, Methamphibian's Damage Inc. and SBTG's Varsity Bones, will be available for exclusive sale in the Source store only this Fall. Meth is also releasing a line of 12" action figures to go with his new kicks.

T-PAIN INSULTS JAY-Z DURING DEEJAY SET IN LAS VEGAS
So according to HIPHOPDX (click here for full story) and Tweets made by Fabolous, T-Pain was talking real reckless this past weekend at Rehab nightclub in Las Vegas during a Deejay set. During the set T-Pain yells out to the crown "F*ck Jay-Z". Fabolous Tweeted "Yo I'm at Rehab in Vegas.. T-Pain is DJ'ing.. Sayin F*ck Jay Z, he old, blah blah.. guess its backlash from D.O.A." Fabolous then said "Yo the DJ is doin a Jay-Z set.. D.O.A., kingdom come, run this town, heart of the city, h to the izzo, amillie free.. T-Pain somewhere in here."
I mean seriously? What the hell is the deal with cats attacking Hov on some remedial sh*t? Jay is making records now because he WANTS to not because of the paper. Artists like T-Pain and The Game are putting out material to establish the longevity this dude already has and they throwing punches. Please stop hating dipshits and start learning from Mr. Carter. Sheesh.
Update:
According to Nappy Boy recording artist Young Cash, he says T-Pain was "just joking" in reply to the "F*ck Jay-Z" comments. Not sure about anyone else, but I've never yelled "F*ck" anyone and was just joking around. Im just sayin... Shout out to Broken Cool for the update.
A BATHING APE (BAPE) X NEW ERA - 59FIFTY FITTED CAPS
Continuing on with our headwear previews, here's a look at the new BAPE x New Era 59Fifty fitted caps that dropped this past weekend. Since I'm a resident of Baltimore, the color purple is naturally a home town favorite. Sike, I actually hate the color purple but tolerate because of my team the Baltimore Ravens. But, this new cap may change my opinion slightly...and only slightly.

Dope ass remix of Jay-Z's "Run This Town" featuring The Notorious B.I.G. & your favorite emcee Drizzy Drake produced by Jus Bus. The blend of vocals is flawless and the heavy rock influenced beat is sick. Don't believe me? Do as you do and download for yourself.

CASIO G-SHOCK X LRG - DW-6900 2009 EDITION
These two make collaborative pieces like Halle Berry and Brad Pitt would make babies. New for 2009 G-Shock and LRG drop a new DW-6900 timepiece in the LRG signature Yellow and Green colorway. The 2 previously released the same model in a Blue colorway but this one, in my opinion, is way better. The watch features "RESEARCH" in white printed over the bottom strap and will probably sell faster than The Flash racing an Amish horse and buggy. No word on a release date for this one but as soon as we know, you'll know.

Damn, I almost forgot about this dude! I hear homeboy is finalizing a major record deal, so kudos to him. This is more new music off the upcoming (and still yet to be released) Self Made Celebrity: The Grand Entrance mixtape. Both tracks are crazy. I think we have another artist to add to the 2009/2010 Freshmen list.

I made the project in support of the Beastie Boys recent reissue of their "Check Your Head" album (one of my personal favorites.) The concept is that the Beastie Boys are mashed up with themselves, rapping over tracks sampling their own instrumentals, with all vocals and sampled elements coming from "Check Your Head."
