Dimming the lights to present a more intimate and contributive project, Triumvir brings forth a collaboration with the University of Southern California’s Chinese American Student Association (CASA) for their upcoming Culture Show. A project that will be a joint effort in support of their upcoming musical, Unforgettable which premieres on March 7th for one night only.

Hidden by the glitz and glamour of Shanghai during the mid 1930’s, the plot mirrors the turmoil, moral corruption and emotions caused by the brink of the 2nd Sino Japanese War.

The collaboration will include 2 limited edition t-shirts, with design concepts that were derived from The Flying Tigers; the first American Volunteer Group of the Chinese Air Force, as well as The Father of Modern China and political leader; Sun Yat-Sen. Set to release today Friday, March 6th.

Who says these 3 should just squash the record beef and settle their differences in a mud wrestling match! After you peep the 2nd remix to "Turnin Me On", check out the joint with Kanye and Ne-Yo.

Even in a recession, there's something about a fresh pair of Air Force 1's that I cant resist. On March 14th Nike will release its collaboration AF1's will New York's own Alife Rivington Club. The new kicks feature a buttery leather and gum sole with what looks like several beveled star designs throughout the shoe. The Alife x Nike AF1's will be available in limited quantities at the Alife Rivington Club in New York next Saturday, March 14th.

Aight, you can say I rode in on the late bus with this one but this is the first I'm hearing about this group Christian Rich (hey I can but 100% up on eerrthing). Anyway, my faults aside, this new joint right here is fire. Off of their upcoming EP entitled The Decadence, Christian Rich linked up with this MC named Lil Wayne (who needs to drop more music or no one will ever know who he is) to create a nice upbeat track. The group is hot, the track is hot, and yes....we are hot.

Graffiti artist Kaws has been making some super major noise recently, and 09 seems to be no exception. New York Magazine asked a few designers to submit artwork for their “Best of New York” cover and Kaws' work was featured on one the design submissions. Some of the other artists that were in the final line up were designs from book-jacket designer Evan Gaffney, Stefanie Barth and Julie Hirschfeld from the graphic-design studio Stiletto NYC, Mother Design from the ad agency Mother, and magazine and book designer Tom Brown. In the end New York Magazine decided to go with the Kaws cover. The new Kaws x New York Magazine cover hit news stands yesterday, March 2nd.

Riding in on the Spring/ Summer 2009 collection train comes UNDFTD, a favorite of everyone around here. Coming in with a sports inspired collection, the new Spring/ Summer line up features a nice collection of jackets, tees, and sweaters (not sure who's gonna be rockin sweats this summer but hey). Look for the new collection to hit stores soon.

Take a look at this super hot sneak peak at Kim Kardashian's upcoming 2010 Calendar photoshoot. Kim traveled to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico for the photoshoot. Yep, I think I will be gracing my walls with this one when it drops.

Here's a first look at the upcoming Summer 2009 collection from LA based brand Trendy Trash. The new collection features a dope assortment of graphic tees and long sleeve shirts. Look for the new collection to hit select retailers and the Trendy Trash online store in early May.

New music from Amanda Diva off of her upcoming project Spandex, Rhymes, & Soul which drops this Wednesday. This time Amanda reached out to The Cool Kids' Chuck Inglish for production on the track.

PROGRAMMABLE MATTER

Ok, this is pretty damn crazy...

After hooking up with FinshLine on a collection of exclusive kicks, Greedy Genius recently teamed up with shoe retailer Underground Station. The shop is set to work directly with Greedy Genius on a set of kicks to be sold exclusively through their retailers. Underground Station designed two pairs of the Greedy Genius Apache and two new colorways of the Greedy Genius Cool Breeze ‘NOIR’. Only a total of 25 Underground Station shops will receive the new models, with a limit of 10 pairs in each store. These sneakers should be hitting stores soon so visit your local Underground Station to check on availability.
